New oddity will be completely randomized; odds are not weighted by rarity.

Promise Rings

Permanently applied to a pair of horses (must own or have permission for both). Only one item is required to apply to both horses.
Once applied, featuring them interacting earns a +3 bonus xp each (9xp fb / 900w min). Limit 1 Promise Ring per horse.

Plushie Pony
ITEM DETAILS
Adds the Rapunzel mutation to one option on an undesigned foal or import. If foal, must be genetically possible from parents.
Mutation Token still works too, this is just an alternate item for the Rapunzel mutation.

Shamrock Shake
ITEM DETAILS
Boosts twin chance to 25% and random oddity chance to 25% for each option (including twins) on a breeding.
Does not roll separately from the natural chance, so is not able to roll two oddities on one option.
Chances do not stack with other items or bonuses, instead taking the higher of the two. For example, if an event has a 25% oddity chance, using a Shamrock Shake will still be 25%, not 50%.

Pot of Gold
ITEM DETAILS
Grants 25% off the purchase price of an import with a Palomino, Buckskin, Gold Champagne, Cremello, or Gold Pearl base coat. Applies to total price, including all additions.
To apply this item, the import must be paid fully in USD, points, or coins. Items and tokens cannot be used on the order itself, but you may apply items in Genetics Lab afterward as normal.
Limit 1 per import.

Chocolate Coin

Grants one additional breeding slot for a horse you own.
Slot can be booked for anyone, and does not need to be booked immediately; it is just added as an extra to the slot list (i.e. 11 instead of 10, 21 instead of 20, etc).
Limit 3 per horse.

Carousel Horse
ITEM DETAILS
Allows a Mutation to be added to a designed import. Must have 0 slots reserved, whether used or unused. Can be registered or unregistered as long as it fits this guideline.
In order to use this item, you'll need to pair it with the appropriate number of tokens or other mut-adding items.
You may change the design as much or as little as you'd like when using this item - it essentially functions as a special version of the Paintbucket!
HOW TO USE
Used in Designing
Submit through the "Update Design" tab in your character's profile.
Must be paired with other item(s) in order to use, as explained above. Mention the added Mutation in the "Comments" box.
Cotton Candy
