Adds an additional layer of Chimera to an undesigned foal/import with Chimera, causing... Chimera within Chimera. Visually, the second Chimera patch should only be shown inside the first. Follows normal rules for choosing color.
If added to a foal, please specify the chimera color when submitting.
If added to an import, the color is chosen when submitted to Design Queue.
