2. Community

2.1 General Conduct

  • Treat others with respect and kindness. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Engage with the community in good faith. Exploiting bugs, cheating, or attempting to manipulate the system is prohibited. Please report any issues immediately.
  • The Loshenka staff team is composed of volunteers. Members are expected to interact with staff respectfully and without pressure or harassment.

2.2 Content Restrictions

  • Loshenkas may be used in various contexts, including but not limited to HARPG, original characters (OCs), and tabletop RPGs (e.g., DnD).
  • Sensitive or controversial topics may be present as part of a character's backstory, but should not be glorified or graphically depicted within the group.
  • The use of Loshenkas in works involving NFT/blockchain technology, AI-generated art/literature, or explicit sexual content is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Discord Server

  • The Discord server is used for official news and updates regarding the group. All members should remain in the server while participating in the group.
  • All members are required to include their Loshenka.net username in their Discord server nickname to help others identify them.
  • Conversations should be kept within their designated channels. This helps maintain order and ensures that discussions remain relevant and accessible to those interested in specific topics.
  • Members should not critique or provide feedback on another member’s work unless specifically asked to do so. Respect each member’s creativity and preferences.

    • Official strikes or warnings will be handled through the #help-tickets channel, where staff will address the matter directly.

3. Buying and Selling

3.1 Transaction Guidelines

  • Loshenkas, including horses, slots, items, and other assets, may be traded or sold for any form of currency, including in-game assets, real money, or other sim-related currencies.
  • The Loshenka community does not enforce individual breeding or sale rules, such as parent slots or buyback/dibs. These are considered courtesy rules only and are not enforceable.
  • We recommend against making deals that cannot be immediately fulfilled, such as those relating to undesigned or unregistered horses.
  • Members are strongly encouraged to transfer in-game assets only after payment has been fully completed in order to reduce the risk of disputes.

3.2 Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute, including but not limited to non-payment, extensive lack of communication, or failure to uphold the terms of an agreement, please contact us via #help-tickets.
  • Please provide proof of the arrangement and any payments made by providing links and/or screenshots. Staff will attempt to resolve disputes to the best of their ability.
  • Loshenka staff is able to assist in the resolution of in-game asset transfers, but third-party disputes (PayPal, other groups, etc) must be handled through the appropriate channels.
  • Details of the dispute will not be publicly disclosed unless necessary for the enforcement of community guidelines.

4. Art, Literature, and Designs

4.1 Ownership

  • Ownership is tracked strictly through the website. Any prospective buyers of Loshenka designs or other in-game assets must be verified members of the group.
  • Members may bring in existing designs, provided that the designs are original and do not violate the designer’s terms of service (TOS). The original designer must be credited appropriately.
  • All designs must be unique and original. Copying or reusing elements from other designs, even with permission or as the owner of all designs involved, is not allowed.
  • To remove a design from the Loshenka breed, please redesign before selling it or request that the design be removed through our Deceasing process.

4.2 Distribution and Rights

  • The Loshenka community does not claim ownership over the art or literature posted to Loshenka.net. All works should be individually credited to their respective creators.
  • Art and literature is expected to be uploaded by the creator if they are a member of the community. If they to do so for an extended period of time, please reach out to us via #help-tickets.
  • Work created by users outside of the community may be uploaded by the character owner with credit, but any requests for removal by the original creator must be respected.
  • Use of Loshenkas in the production of stickers, pins, t-shirts, and other purchasable merchandise is permitted as long as the artwork and character(s) depicted belong to the seller.

5. Ban Policy

5.1 Ban Process

  • Bans and suspensions are administered at the discretion of the Loshenka staff. In the event of a ban, the following actions will be taken:
    • Your Loshenkas' coat designs will remain your property but will no longer be affiliated with the breed. They must not be labeled or represented as Loshenkas.
    • Any art on official Loshenka lineart must be removed from platforms such as Toyhouse and may no longer be used.
    • Designs owned at the time of the ban will be removed from the breed through the Deceasing process. IDs and names will be preserved for lineage and tracking purposes.
    • You will no longer be permitted to participate in the community in any capacity and may not submit art or interact with other members' Loshenkas.
    • All in-game currency, items, and pending deals (e.g. art, horses, slots) will be considered void.

5.2 Duration and Appeals

  • Bans are typically permanent and non-appealable unless otherwise specified. In exceptional circumstances, staff may review a ban, though this is rare and at their sole discretion.
  • Temporary suspensions that restrict access to certain features or channels may be issued at the staff’s discretion.

5.3 Public Announcements

  • Bans may be publicly announced within the community to prevent misinformation and ensure that any outstanding deals or disputes are able to be resolved.
  • Ban reasons may be publicly shared, but specific details will not be shared unless necessary for community safety.
