Scorch is very quiet. He doesnt neigh nor nicker, only grumbles or rumbles occasionally, mostly when with his owner. He can also be a quiet walker and approach his owner silently. Sometimes she turns around only to have him a centimeter from her face, watching her intently with a "pet me pls!" written into his eyes and posture. So when shes hit with a bout of sleepieness after overworking herself, she finds Scorch watching (over) her.
