A mystery

Azura and Bunny have discovered a mystery! These tend to appear all over their world, are difficult or even impossible to understand or explain. Different people have dedicated their lives to their study, some mastering strange abilites that they still seem unable to explain or comprehend. 

This little thing that Azura and Bunny have found is a glistening light, that sings and hums and has a heartbeat. It is warm to the touch and alive yet immaterial, it may contain secrets or nothing much at all. It evokes a strange sense of being lost and set adrift. Warm, yet so very, very tired. Azura cries, the hurt it emits envelops her hearr and holds it. It feels a consoled just a bit, the mood lifts. Melancholic, but more glad. Azura parts from it.

She and Bunny spend some time around it, where it is warmer and scents of a bygone season linger. 

Bunny tries to taste it, but cannot seem to make sense of that either. 

In the end, the two move on, leaving the mystery and whatever it could contain to itself. As curious as both are, some things they are simply beyond them. 

The sense of depression lingers for a few steps beyond the location, it is a troubling feeling. It finally dissolves when the two step into the warm autumn sun and head onto the long road towards home.
