Avalanche is a bit of a conundrum. Brought on as a stud prospect, he has absoutely stunning conformation, impeccable genetics, and fantastic good looks. He also hasn't yet been started under saddle, and has a bit of a wild side. It's clear some poor handling and mistreatment at his former home left him defensive, and he's lashed out several times when he felt threatened. For now, he's housed with some older geldings who can offer a stable social structure and put up with his behavior. Will won't give up on him, and is going back to basics to teach this gorgeous stallion to trust.
