“Concerto has a lot of thoughts, and many of them are scary.”
The polar opposite to his brother, Concerto struggles with unfamiliar and familiar environments alike. He has a tendency to pace sideways, take off, or freeze entirely when confronted with something uncomfortable- his main triggers being loud noises, sudden movements, or bright colors.
While earplugs and blinders help on occasion, Black Coast’s head trainer is most concerned with his mental wellbeing and keeps him in a confidence building liberty program for the time being. He is an incredibly promising horse, and will go far once his anxiety is in check.
