Personality:

Slow to anger | a force to be reckoned with | fierce | resiliant | sturdy |  enduring | loyal | wild at heart |  seasoned | sure footed | loves the water, espechially the sea

A seasoned, semi feral stallion. He spends most of the year roaming the alaskan landscape but surrounding a lone fishers hut. There dwells his one friend; a hermit fisherman who a long time ago raised the orphaned stallion. He didnt mean or ever attempt to tame Selkies wild heart and this lead to a very special relationship between the two. Selkie runs wild and is free to come and go as he pleases, however he is always sure to return to his companion. The stallion is not only a great companion but also helps the fisher in transporting the days catch, keep an exe out for predators and supplies the fisherman with his thick, shed fur to spin and make into cloth. In turn the disherman provides family and unconditional love, never asks what the stallion doesnt want to give and as much food and shelter as can be shared.

Bio:

Selkie recieved his name after the fisherman saw the young comt emerge from the ocean. The fishermans theory is that Selkie and his dam were swept out to sea and only the colt made it back to shore. Interestingly, Selkie does not fear the water at all. Instead he loves it and will often play and swim in the sea and surrounding bodies of water.
