Radan's first colt he bred from his rescued mare, Ryska.

Keen and scopey, Ryvik proved he was a progedy hunting horse early on in his years, and quickly became one of Radan's favourite of his herd. Extremely eager to learn and please, Ryvik took to training with ease. He inherited his mother's brains while he took on his wild father's grit, and was hardy from birth.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Radan was able to take him on hunts with his mother as a weanling, and he quickly learned to follow Radan's pack as rolemodels. Having been raised alongside the dogs and bitches of the pack, he took on their fearlessness towards beasts, and would strike out at anything that got too close to Radan even as a weanling.

Ryvik's confidence makes him a joy to ride, and he thrives in tough conditions. There's no cliff too steep or snow too deep that he wouldn't traverse for Radan. Because of their close bond, Radan has no worries about letting him roam loose on the steppe or in the taiga. When left to wander as he pleased, Ryvik would often go off in search of the wild herds out of curiousity, and often ran with them to explore the wilds before Radan called him home.
