Salamander is a well mannered and noble stallion. He keeps away from the most chaotic horses of the ranch, preferring a quaint and orderly atmosphere. It seems he has developed a taste for some of the finer things in life, such as handmade treats, massages and hot springs. If everything around falls into chaos, he can be trusted to remain calm, although he wont be much of a leader either. Rather, he observes things and one wonders just how much he knows and understands. Salamander is wise and experienced, but not overly social or much of a teacher. He isnt a recluse either, somehow making the perfect middle ground between both without ever being shy or introverted. 

-he strongly dislikes the nickname Sal and will give the stinkeye and the haughty cold shouler to anyone wjom he overhears using it
