Bonus Prompt #3 | Well Then!

Bluebell was an absolute delight. As expected, underneath the fear and stress was a gentle horse who was in need of genuine love and care. She has been tossed around like a ball, shipped and traveled from barn to barn, people to people. None of them were the right fit, but now she's finally gotten the home that she needs and deserves. However, there are still some things that need to be worked on. Akari was able to bond and gain Bluebell's trust, but that wasn't the case for srtangers. Considering she had time to acclimate and develop a new sense of boldness,.Bluebell was more often than not, scaring any sort of people that she had never met before left and right. This came in the form of spooking at random, unsure if the figures in-front of her were a threat or not. Deem it dramatic, but there's just something about them that gets to her, most likely rooting from her past experiences.

Whatever these were, it was clear it needed more time than the bonding process.

"Y'know, I cancelled my date for this, Akari," a voice said while a few twigs and leaves crunched under two pairs of shoes.

"It's for a good cause!" Akari whined, frowning when the other individual snickered. "You're mean."

Finn elbowed him when he caught his comment, his ears perking up at the sight of the mare he assumed Akari had been working with for months. "This her? She's looking pretty good."

"Yeah, Bluebell. She has a thing with strangers, though..."

"She does?" He glanced over at Akari with confusion, looking back at the mare in-front of them, who was only grazing. "She looks fine to m- AH!" 

Bluebell jolted at the sound of Finn's voice all of a sudden,  causing a dramatic ruckus.

"...nevermind." Finn muttered, giving Akari a look as he was laughed at.
