"Yeah, 'm on my way," Akari muttered through the phone propped up on his shoulder, turning the keys and starting the vehicle. "Y'think I should be worried?" He inquired with a mild chuckle, checking the very early time as he got his things together.
"About what?" The speaker replied.
"Well, like, I've worked with a few horses like this- but not a Loshenka." he said with uncertainty, biting on the inside of his mouth. His ears perked up at the sound of a reassuring rant starting on the other side. "...okay, okay, you're right, Hikari! I don't gotta worry--sooo, I'm gonna let you go..." He said slowly as he interrupted the caller, his foot stepping on the pedal. "I'll see ya when I'm back home, 'Kari!"
"Wait, did you want-"
He promptly reached his hand down to the phone and ended the call. He's too serious sometimes. He thought with a fond chuckle, starting to drive out of the property.

"E-mail said she's in the paddockkk... to the right," He said with a reluctant huff as he shut his phone off and put it in his back pocket, his tail swishing behind him as he caught a glimpse of the mare he had been chosen for. "Sad thing, aren't you?" He exclaimed as he saw an alllllmost pure white mare who was pressing up against the edge of her paddock. He frowned, his head jerking away slightly when she spooked at the sight of him. She was a fairly unique looking horse with some flashy markings. Her eyes were a gentle blue as well, even if they looked somewhat somber.
He skimmed through the clipboard left out on the gate, letting out a deep exhale before glancing over at the pitiful mare. "Looks like you're stuck with me, girl... and it's a good thing I'm getting help with trailering.," he muttered, shuddering slightly as he watched a pair of employees of the facility walking over to him.
He gave his thanks once the mare was trailered, signing off of some papers before making his way to the vehicle. He took a hesitant look inside of the trailer through the windows, his ears perking up when the mare at least seemed comfortable enough for the ride... and then, he was off.

It took a bit to get back, but he made it back in due time. He made a soft grunt as he hopped out of the truck, promptly cracking his back and letting out a yawn. "Ohh, I hate driving," He said with a sigh following immediately after. He made sure not to waste any time, checking something on his phone before he made sure the gate opening was secure. He yelped, cursing as he bumped his leg into the side of the trailer, grumbling something under his breath while he made his way to the end of the trailer. "Alright, girl... time to come out."
The trailer door was slowly unlatched, and a few hooves clacking started nearing the exist. The mare was familiar with trailering so it was nothing new; she surveilled momentarily before inching closer to the exit of the trailer. That man was still outside however, she could hear specific noises coming from outside. She poked her head outside to the right. Nothing. To the left? A soft but scared whinny escaped from her, taking her chance to get away into the field as the figure was busy catching his balance.
He furrowed his brow as a flash of white made its way at a gallop towards the end of the paddock, leaning over and pressing his hands into his thighs. "Hhhooh... this is gonna be harder than I thought, isn't it?" He exclaimed, running a hand through his hair with mild disbelief.
