Pumpkin would've been a wean when he saw snow for the first time, so I drew him as lil dude seeing snow. I guess it's just a character trait that Pumpkin be pulling that pose about everything, you could pick him out of a lineup of silhouettes just based on the way he's always doing this neck nonsense.
