How well has your Loshenka adjusted to its new environment? Are they still stressed out, or do they seem relieved to be in a new home? [For Feral: Did they end up staying in your environment?]

Bellamy couldn't believe how far the colt had come. It was baffling to believe that less than two months ago he was the fluffy, gangly colt who had jumped out of the trailer. Sweaty from anxiety and obsessed with any person who went near him. So vastly out of touch with how to be a horse, that he neither wanted horse's attention nor knew how to ask them to leave him alone.

Yet here he was out in the field, enjoying another horse's company. He wasn't looking to escape or run away. He was openly choosing to be in another horse's space. He was learning to express himself, how to be a horse, how to enjoy being a horse.

He had much smaller reactions to other horses and was learning to read their language and expressions. Whilst also expressing himself. He was learning and he'd come such a long way.

He wasn't fixed nor perfect, and still needed work with his manners, groundwork and human anxiety. But the foundation was there. For now, he was at least comfortable with himself. Bellamy knew the rest would be much more comfortable for both of them, now that he was at least comfortable with a companion and wasn't trying to break out constantly.

He grew less obsessive with people by the day, he still had his quirks and his lack of spatial awareness. Incidents of theft still occurred. Bellamy was starting to teach him to load into a trailer, in case of emergencies, and he was taking it surprisingly well.

Bellamy and the colt were beginning to click fully. They were starting to understand what to expect from each other and what the other would like in return. It was a solid foundation and both had learnt from the experience. The colt would be staying with Bellamy and he hoped he could polish him into the stunning stallion he deserved to be.

Bellamy wasn't sure if the colt preferred his new home or his old one but he hoped that he was at least comfortable and happy. If his actions were any thing to go by, then Bellamy would say that he was happy here.
