✧ Welcome to Loshenka!
In this semi-realistic HARPG group, players can buy/sell, breed, enter events, earn items, and more. Our website is built on the Lorekeeper framework, giving us a number of automated features that help the group feel a little more like a classic sim game. This guidebook covers everything you'll need to know about Loshenka, and we recommend referring to it often as you learn the ropes. If you have any questions, just pop into #help-channel in our Discord server!
A few things to know about the group:
- All players are required to follow our Code of Conduct. Please ensure you've given it a read!
- When you join the website, you'll need to follow multiple steps to verify your account. Click here for instructions.
- Loshenkas cannot be freely created - they must be purchased/bred officially through the group and ownership records must be kept up to date. Please inform prospective buyers that they must have a verified site account to transfer to, even if they do not choose to participate further in the community.
- What you do with your Loshenkas is up to you, whether you choose to focus on the features/events offered by the site, participate in similar communities on other platforms (dA/TH/Insta/etc), throw them into your D&D campaigns, or anything else you can come up with. They are your characters to use as you wish.
- Please be patient with us when waiting on submissions! The staff team is comprised of volunteers and our queue tends average upwards of 500 submissions per month. Wait times can vary, ranging from a few days to a few weeks depending on the queue.
- You are welcome to customize your profile to your liking! Please keep decor reasonable as not to break the site, but feel free to make it your own. Some Toyhouse codes may work, but we recommend testing them by saving before going through the trouble of customizing, as many of them are altered by the site's autofilter.
- All users automatically receive a Birthday Present when their birthday month arrives (distributed on the 1st of each month). You can also set your birthday in the Discord server's #bot-spam channel if you'd like it to be announced!
And some pointers on navigating the site:
- Most pages on the website have sidebar menus, like this very Guidebook! Be sure to fully explore them, especially on profiles and characters.
- This Guidebook can be accessed at any time under the Directory dropdown or from the main homepage when logged in.
- Everything relevant to your own profile and characters can be found in your user dropdown, located on the rightmost side of the navigation menu.
- All of the queues can be accessed from the Submit dropdown. Their corresponding Guidebook pages contain detailed info and instructions for submitting.
- Click on items in your inventory to view the description and instructions for use. This information can also be accessed in the Item Index, under the Explore dropdown.
✧ Acquiring a Horse
Adoption Center
Adopt a horse with an art/story claim. Priority is given to newbies.
Import Orders
Purchase a custom or randomly rolled import; design is up to you.
Bargain Bin
Similar to importing, but designed by staff. Purchased as customs or predesigned.
Breeding
Use slots to two unrelated Loshenkas to receive a foal rolled by the group.
Member Ads
Visit the Marketplace on Discord for horses/slots for trade or sale.
Events
The group hosts frequent events that often include horse/token prizes.
✧ Next Steps
Many people find themselves unsure of what to do next once they get their first Loshenka. Here's a quick overview!
- If you obtained an undesigned Loshenka, your first stop should be the Design Guide. All of the Colors & Patterns in the breed, the Visual Hierarchy of gene interactions, and Detail Guides for aspects like eye colors and hooves can be found on their own linked pages. You can also apply Gene Lab items or Tokens/Tickets to modify your undesigned roll.
- If you obtained a designed Loshenka, you can then proceed to Registration. Registering your Loshenka is separate from creating its design. This gives them an official name and height, adds a custom image to their profile, and allows you to book breeding slots and rank them up through the xp system.

✧ Existing Members
The Loshenka group originally started on Deviantart, but migrated to its own website in March 2024. All existing horses, undesigned genos, and breeding slots were transferred over by a lovely group of volunteers, and claiming your belongings is easy! Simply link the Deviantart account you originally participated from as an alias and the site will automatically move these records to your site account. If you have pre-migration items/currency, you may claim these via Item Claim until March 1st, 2026 (use "/bal" and "/inv" in #bot-spam).
