ITEM DETAILS

Increases the twin and oddity chance to 75% on a breeding. Does not roll separately from the natural chance, so is not able to roll two oddities on one option.

Chances do not stack with other items or bonuses, instead taking the higher of the two. For example, if an event has a 25% oddity chance, using a Witch's Brew will still be 75%, not 100%.
