Nightfall Stables - July 19, 2024
In these last few days together with Handsome (that's what I call him) things seem to be getting better every second, the fear of being alone in the stall or tied up seems to have completely disappeared, the horse, once scared and desperate, is now a calm and peaceful animal, with a sweet temperament, a friend.
I'm happy to see him recover, and much happier to see him healthy and happy with the other horses in the stable.
The days have been calm, with some training and friendly competitions, and I hope in the future I can go with him to big competitions, he would love to see new places, maybe new friends!
That's all for now, the end of a journey and the beginning of a life, this story ends by starting a new chapter, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what else this horse can show...

They now panic in small, enclosed spaces and refuse to be tied or otherwise restricted in their ability to escape; when they reared and flipped while being led into a barn, their previous owner realised he was out of his depth and surrendered them.
