Canine is a strong willed and rock solid mare.  She has a certain drive that boarders madness, once shes set her mind on something, shes seeing it trough. A tenacious and unyielding spirit which some could see as hardheaded. Shes energetic and has a large need for excersise. Being cooped up makes her go uh. A little crazy. Ever seen a horse bite down on a stall door and tear it down piece by piece? Canine is incredibly strong both physically and mentally, a real work horse.

Shes easy to entertain actually, even a cool stick can do the trick. Do not. I repeat do not mess with her stockpile of cool sticks.

Canine is a good learner, if her training is approached with a R+ based method that is. Shes not the most curious but likes exploring a little and her interest can be caught. Theres a pep in her step most times, shes a faster walker and makes good pace. She loves scentwork, puzzles and animal sorting/driving, makes for a great hunting horse but not su much endurance as its missing something for her to mentally latch on. She chases frisbees and balls, remote controlled car toys and coursing baits. Canine can be seen tracking down small critters in an attempt to eat them. Once she has locked in on a target, she follows it for long periods of time. Shes also great for pulling work and is regularly used to take away branches and tree trunks. 

Canine can be brash when it comes to other horses, not many can handle her energy. Shes not mean spirited or particularly aggressive, just a bit strong for some. In fact she holds great respect for an established pecking order and fits in just fine in a herd that can click with her personality. Shes adventorous and loyal and while not particularly cuddly, enjoys being in the same space as those she likes. In fact she can get a little lonely without them and is far from a lone wolf.

Canine loves all kinds of tasty foods and knows the best spots for her favoruites. Her tastes are not shared by all if any horses, which leaves more for her! She dislikes sweet things but loves stinging nettles and any treats made from them. She also likes jerkey and treats meant for carnivorses.
