Vixen has been labeled as lazy by some less qualified trainers: she's intelligent, but doesn't show a lot of interest in many training procedures. She's most happy with the other mares out in the field, and excited by puzzle feeders and other such enrichment. Maybe she is simply bored and looking for something that's worth her time and problem solving skills. Will suspects she's far smarter than his initial impression, and is working to find a job that suits the mare...and one that she will be interested in.  For now, she's a good companion to the broodmares.
