Sadida’s pristine lineage and gorgeous conformation made her highly desirable as a broodmare. However, her first pregnancy resulted in unchecked twins, both of which died after intensive care quickly following the dangerous labor. The loss of her babies made an impact on Sadie, who immediately began to show signs of decreasing mood, and her normal happy-go-lucky attitude had taken a severe hit. The staff quickly paired her with a recently orphaned foal, who she immediately took as her own. Not wanting to risk another failed pregnancy, the staff decided to keep Sadie as a foster mare, allowing her to take care of all the foals she could wish for without taking a toll on her body.
